Refund & Returns Policy

Because our products are made to order through our print partners, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, or change of mind.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong item

  • change of mind

  • design preference

  • shipping delays outside our control

  • minor variations in print placement, color tone, or product appearance that can occur during production

All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a clear photo of the item

  • a clear photo of the issue

  • a photo of the shipping label, if available

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the problem was caused by our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and the order may no longer be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
